Join Dynata for our webinar on Global Consumer Trends: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace, featuring Samuel Kasumu, managing director at Inclusive Boards and former special adviser for civil society and communities for the British Prime Minister, and Dynata CEO Gary S. Laben.

This 45-minute session will explore the influence of, and dialogue surrounding, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace through the opinions and attitudes of employees and employers alike. As DEI moves further into the workplace, what can employers and employees do to recognize and engage in these conversations and bring awareness to the role DEI can play in the growth and success of employees and organizations overall?

We’ll explore key insights from our latest Global Consumer Trends report including:

  • What are the most meaningful measurements for DEI in the workplace?
  • The realities of the DEI experience – including stereotyping, microaggressions and other negative reinforcers – and what steps employers and employees can take to improve DEI in their workplace
  • What can organizations do to become more diverse, equitable and inclusive?
