Michel ensures that the company’s global sales teams provide the best customer experience and support customer success. Before becoming Managing Director International in 2017, as Managing Director Europe he led the company’s steady growth on the continent for almost a dozen years, creating eleven offices in nine countries. In addition to his role in Europe, during that time he contributed to developing the APAC business, and led the Professional Services organization. Prior to joining the company, he was Vice President of Operations at Ciao, based in Madrid – making him a 17-year online data collection veteran. Previously, he worked as a management consultant at A.T. Kearney, and a junior brand manager at L’Oréal. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from ESSEC in Paris.
