Bob oversees the company’s online member panels, including initiating partnerships with global brands to develop relationships with their rewards and loyalty members, and active management of the panel data, including quality processes. He develops survey populations in emerging growth areas such as mobile, cookied and behavioral panels and leads the profiling and segmentation of the panel data, ensuring an extensive attribute library. Previously, Bob served as Chief Access, Supply and Engagement Officer at Opinionology, which joined with Survey Sampling International in 2011. At Opinionology, he expanded the company’s portfolio of online sampling methods and improved methods for managing online panels. He earned a Master’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from Utah State University.
